This weekend we headed over to Alfie's Antique Market in
Marylebone with our friends Style Cramp for a day of good
ol' fashioned Rock n' Roll. Over the next couple of months the market will be celebrating a different style era and this week it was the 40s and 50s.
The market was a treasure trove of vintage finds including this gorgeous nautical body from The Girl Can't Help It - a specialist store selling 50s pinup and American Classics.
Like any respectable treasure trail, we were given a map to help us along our way. What we found were a wonder of drool-inducing clothes and accessories, leather trunks that recalled a long-gone era of glamorous train travel, a rockabilly band and even a 19
th Century Time Lord who told us how he liked to spend his days whipping the peasantry.
